Season's Greetings

Merry Christmas everyone.

Apologies for being MIA for so long. I had a lot of plans for my holidays but they were all forgotten and replaced with less fun stuff like funeral arrangements.

I am hoping to get back into writing really soon and I look forward to putting out chapters a little more regularly in the new year (fingers crossed).

2012 has been a tumultuous period for me, but the foundations have been laid and 2013 is looking good.

Update All the Things!

Yes, it has been a while, but I have not been idle.

Todays updates: Chapter 28 of Pentonbridge Pig, Chapter 33 of Sarah Porter's Schooldays and the final part of Chapter 21 of My Very Own.

With MVO just scroll down to the last break (the asterisks). You can't miss it, what with the bloody font changing yet again. Honestly, if anyone has a fucking clue why the fonts and font size seems to randomly change in my posts, I am all ears.

I have to admit to being a little scattered in my approach lately, but circumstances dictate, even for the best of us. The next update should be Chapter 22 of My Very Own. I had planned it all to stay as one massive chapter but as I wrote, it progressed well enough for there to be a natural break.

I am hoping that it won't be as far away though :)

Milk & Honey Update

Part two of MVO has been added. I have simply attached this to the bottom of the previous post as I don’t really want to split these parts into separate chapters. If you have already read part 1, just do a page search for the * and jump to where part 2 starts.

Part 3 is coming along but my computer has decided to pack it in, final straw was when I lost an hour’s work on MVO when it crashed yet again. So it is off to the shop for that and a short hiatus for my writing.

Thanks so much for all the feedback. I appreciate it more than I can put into words.

Little Hiccup

Overworked and overtired I guess :)

To anyone who was quick off the mark, the last update of MVO was the wrong one. It was actually the second part, which will be finished any day now.

First part is up now :)

Holiday next week though so I will get a chance to relax after 30 days straight work. Hopefully my mind will right itself (fingers crossed my comp will too).

Thanks for sticking with me.

As Promised :)

The first part of chapter 21 of My Very Own is up. As I have mentioned before, this chapter is going to be a little longer than usual so I am going to post up the parts as I finish them and add the new parts to the end as I go - I shan't be adding new posts and calling them part 1, part 2 etc. I just find this to be a little messy.

I hope you haven't missed the Katie and Lauren too much.

I have had some serious computer issues of late - windows dying and causing the loss of an entire writing session (400 words lost to the ether) as well as some crazy BSODs and freezes. I seem to have fixed the word problem, now for the other two. My technical ability (and my good friend google) don't seem to be able to help me on this one so my computer may just be heading to the shop in the very near future.

Fingers crossed it won't impact too much.

Updates... finally?

Well I am back and, as promised, some new chapters are available. First up I have loaded a new chapter for Sarah Porter's Schooldays and Pentonbridge Pig. I'm still working on the latest chapter of My Very Own, but I hope that once it is available, everyone will feel that the wait was worth it.

I have been a little sidetracked recently, with a punishing work schedule and the Olympics. Yes I have become distracted by the sporting prowess of the World's nations and proud of my own country's achievements. I have a couple more small trips this month but after that it is looking nice and quiet for the rest of the year.

So what this means: for me - able to finally get around to finish unpacking and settling in to my house, for you - more regular updates of all the stories and maybe something new sometime before Christmas.

Into the Wild Red Yonder

Well I have successfully transitioned into my mountain retreat but as soon as I have settled in (well kind of, I still have a bunch of boxes yet to be unpacked) I am off into the outback for two weeks. I really wanted to get a chapter of everything up before I zoomed of but I had a few complications that kept me a little behind schedule.

It will be pretty safe not to check back for two weeks, I will not be netside for that long, but once I am back updates are going to be able to slide in a little more regularly. I have chapters of three stories finished, I just haven't been able to get around to editing them, and the last... well it is a little larger than normal but, I hope, will be worth the wait.

Good things come to those that wait, not like you have a choice but still :)

Mountain Man

Well I am finally in my new house, living on a mountain now, nestled in the rainforest :) Unfortunately what this means in the short term is that I am without an internet connection, something I have to get on to next week, so I shall be offline for a little while. So if I don't respond as quickly you will know why.

Fortunately though, it will mean that I will have a lot more time to write. I haven't had a lot of time recently but I have been working, just really slowly when I can get a few moments. I can still write though, so when I come back online, I hope to have a few updates available - and yes, a new chapter of MVO should be among these (it will be a big one).

Forget Me Not

Ah, I’m not really going senile just yet, but I did forget to pop an update here to let everyone know that chapters for Sarah Porter’s Schooldays and Pentonbridge Pig have been added to their respective blogs. Sometimes my brain doesn’t work quite the way I want it to.

I know a lot of people are anxiously awaiting the latest chapter of MVO but it might be a little while yet. I am working on it, and it is around a third done, but I just have a lot on my plate at the moment.

::Edit::

If, over the last week or so I haven't managed to get back to an email, don't be shy, remind me - especially if you asked a question. As with everything lately, my inbox is getting busier and there is a chance, just a chance mind you, that I may have missed you. I have had to do a little sorting and now everything is a little more manageable and I should be able to get to everyone a little better.

Quick Update

Just a quick update to let everyone know that new chapters for SPS and PP will be up in the next few days. They are written, I just need to proof them.

On a different note, the long search is over and I have finally bought my house. So within a month I will be in and settled and back to writing a little more normally.

And I'm already 10k in to chapter 21 for MVO so hopefully not too much longer on that one either.

To Name or Not to Name

Ok, so recently I have been having some discussions about chapters: length, number - that sort of thing. And then the issue of naming chapters came up. So what do you guys think?

Do you like chapters named? Or does a simple number do it for you?
Do you pay any attention to the naming of a chapter?

Most novels don't name the chapters. I have always seen my stories (so far) as kind of like episodes of  TV show and I guess that is why I have named them the way I have. As with everything, I'd love to get your input though.

Finally :)

It has been a while coming, with various obstacles needing to be overcome but we are here.

New chapters for Pentonbridge Pig and My Very Own are up and no it won't be seven months before we hear more from Emily again. I've already begun chapter 26 :)

We'll hear from Sarah next, though, against my best efforts, I have been rather mercurial with my writing of late. New chapters for each published story are in the works and the college story I mentioned recently, and an entirely new story has several thousand words.

Thanks to everyone who has been sending me links and other goodies. I shall look into that big list of sites over the coming week and put my stories in a few more places.

Thanks for reading.

Of Mice and Men

Well, I have been kept away from my writing by a few things lately, and some of them even sapped a little bit of my interest in writing. Nothing major to worry about, just life stuff :)

But I am back ni the swing of things now. I had some grand plans to really get stuck in over Easter but those plans were turned on their head, spun around and then pushed into traffic. Needless to say, they did not come to fruition.

I am always reticent to promise things when it comes to writing but this week there will be a chapter of Pentonbridge Pig and My Very Own added. They are finished, I am just proofing now. I have started on some new Between Two Worlds and Sarah Porters Schooldays and even the next chapter of My Very Own.

Plus a couple of new stories got the 'opening act' treatment. I know, I know. I should finish something before gallivanting off into new territory but I'm very much like a little kid, easily distracted - each new idea like a shiny butterfly half-glimpsed through the long grass, begging to be chased.

Latest MVO

Chapter 20 is up. It might be a little shorter than normal but let me know what you think. More to come soon.

Humbled

Wow the response to the latest chapter has been… well a little overwhelming to be honest. Thanks so very much.Writing is such a solo endeavour that it is great to receive some feedback and I can honestly say, you guys and gals don't disappoint.

I wanted to take this opportunity to address a question I have been asked a couple of times: why is bdsmlibrary the only place I have published?

To be honest I hadn’t thought about it in too much depth in the past. I looked at literotica but they have a pretty strict rule of not accepting anything with characters under the age of 18, so that’s me right out, and I don’t really know too many other story sites that accept bdsm related material. If anyone knows of any that would be worth posting on let me know and I shall see. I can assure you that I’m not trying to make my work hard to find, the more the merrier I always say, it is just that distribution at the moment is not my main concern. I couldn’t really care less for bdsmlibrary all that much either but it brought you guys here so I am glad that it exists. It just has so much potential that it is a little sad to see it unrealised.

I’d love for there to be thousands following my blog so I could just post here and forget everything else but I am more than happy for this gradual buildup. I know there’s a bunch lurking but not following anyway, you guys know who you are, and I understand that you might not want this blog to appear in your following list.

On a side note, I try to get back to each and every email I receive, so bear with me if it takes me a few days to respond. I shall be slow the next week as I’m away on business for 9 days. I have one more update in me before I pop off though, Pentonbridge Pig chapter 25 imminent.

MVO 19

Chapter 19 of MVO is finally up. Things are a little crazy at the moment, and don't look to be much different for the rest of this month, but things weren't helped by not noticing a natural end to the chapter. The good news is that chapter 20 is half written already :)

I promise, hand on my heart, that a new chapter of Pentonbridge Pig is next. I know my loyal piggers have been waiting a long time and before too long your patience shall be rewarded.

I just want to say thanks again to everyone who is reading and for all the emails and feedback. I enjoy writing (of course) but you guys and girls and my inspiration and motivation to keep trying to improve and to keep writing as often as I can. I appreciate it.

Between Two Worlds

Well the first chapter of a new story has been added to a new blog. You can see it in the list on the right, but for some reason blogger is adding it as a feed and not a blog, at least for me. If it looks different to my other blogs let me know and I will have a look at fixing it (or if you can help that would be great). If no one else sees it any differently, great... I guess.

This story is one focused around bestiality. If you do not like this topic, do not read it. It's something a little different for me and, as always, I'd love any feedback anyone may be able to give.

Seriously though, if I see any comments about the subject matter itself, my response will be blunt and unflattering.

Sarah Porter's Bug & New Material

Yep, the latest two chapters of Sarah Porters Schooldays were the same. Thanks to everyone who pointed that out. You guys and gals are quick off the mark. I have taken both down, because it was CH30 that was up twice, so to keep things continuous I removed both chapters. I'll pop them back up tonight.

I will also try ang get one of my new stories up. Just to allay some fears, I am not abandoning any of the three current stories. These are new, and well to be honest they are old, well old as in they were written around the time of MVO chapters 6 or so, where I was dabbling with a few other concepts, just basically getting some ideas out and being surprised to see they turned into a couple of chapters.

There are four potential stories that will appear during February (time dependant), though one is more of a small novella, self-encapsulated and with and ending - I know shock horror right, I have actually finished a story. But I was trying something different, and as this story is complete I might just take a little more time polishing it off.

So the stories, very minimally (I have had a lot of questions but these answers will do for now) are: one set in a college, based around a special sorority, one set in Africa (modern times), one is a bestiality story (thought I would try my hand), and finally a body-mod, lactation story called The Dairy (this is the finished story).

They are all just a couple of chapters right now and I thought I would add em all, see if there is any interest. I tend to be a little fickle in my writing, bouncing between projects as the fancy takes me, so at any time a story could be added to.

Patience is a Virtue

Hey Everyone

I'd like to start off by saying a big thank you to everyone who has been so patient over the last few weeks. This latest chapter of MVO has taken a while to put together, there has just been a lot going on. Most of you have been really patient and even those who haven't have nagged in the most polite of ways :)

There is an issue with the font in the latest chapter but I honestly don't know why. Instead of spending an hour trying to figure it out, I shall leave it up to you to simply work around.

This chapter really was sitting like a monkey on my back for the last few weeks and I have never been so glad to finish a chapter before. Over the coming weeks there shall be more of Sarah Porter (I have a lot of chapters to proof), more of Pentonbridge Pig (chapter 25 is done, I just need to proof), two new stories I wrote a few chapters of a while back and just need to proof. Are we seeing a pattern here? And I have started on the next chapter of MVO.

I am very interested in feedback on this latest chapter so please feel free to write to me (email, comments, etc) and let me know how you feel. I have very specific ideas about what I write, but I am very close to the project and often don't see things that others do.

Thanks
